Merck KGaA, headquartered in Darmstadt – Germany, announced in 22.09.2014 that the company would acquire St. Louis, MO. – USA headquartered Sigma Aldrich for €13.1 billion. 

We would like to share Turkey’s the one and only authorized distributorship of Sigma Aldrich agreement which extended until 31.12.2017 at the end of my announcement. 

Before purchasing Sigma Aldrich products, please ask for original and/or sub dealer authorized documents. You can obtain our authorized sub dealers’ list from our Whole Sales Department.
