Sterile plastics production of INTERLAB is performed inside multiple Clean Rooms validated by ICCE as Class 10.000. In addition to the CE and ISO 9001 certificates, INTERLAB has recently gained the valuable ISO 13485 certificate and positions itself as one of the most reliable and leading producers.

INTERLAB is proud in all conscience to be one of the first corporations to apply the Hybrid Injection Technology which was launched quite recently. In addition to increasing the production capacity at least by double, this technology procures for a more environmentally conscious process by consuming significantly less electricity and other sources.

The production is processed absolutely in compliance with GMP standards, hence it is designed for 26 times of complete air exchange per hour in the Clean Rooms and the air is let inside the atmosphere through 17 HEPA filters. Raw materials and semi-finished products are not being admitted in the Clean Room from open environment, the production process is conducted entirely inside the Clean Room and the products are taken out after packaging. The raw materials are transferred to the machines using the vacuum system and by way of completely isolated pipes. 2 air locked transmission rooms located at both personnel and supplies the entrances and exits are utilized. Positive pressure atmosphere is made available in the Clean Rooms and air locks and this way any possible contamination is prevented in the atmosphere.

All kinds of petri dishes, inoculation loops, sterilized test tubes, urine containers etc. are being manufactured and placed on the market. The products are checked through sterility controls every day at regular intervals and these products are kept in quarantine until the results of these controls are received. If the test results are convenient, the said products are consigned to our customers.  Furthermore, the sterility controls of the atmosphere are realized periodically, in line with the GMP standards.

Right from the beginning of their production, INTERLAB burettes significantly differ from the other brands thanks to a special technique called “Accurate Burette Forming” to manufacture the tubings for burettes.

Except very few producers in the world, most of the suppliers use normal tubings to form their burettes but these types of tubings are considered to be more tolerant in terms of wall thickness and diameter. This fact has a significant effect on the inside diameter. Thus, any burette made out of normal tubings shows obvious inconsistencies of volume accuracy and precision on its graduated scale. This is exactly the reason of possible spots on the body to be out of tolerance limits.

With ABF technology, glass tubings are slowly heated up to the required temperature in order to allow the tubes to change their outer shapes exactly according to the shape of a specially made steel rod. Only this way, producers can yield burettes with accurately defined, uniform inner diameters.

INTERLAB burettes are formed by using ABF technology to maintain the inside diameters of the tubings uniform at every point along their graduations. All of the tubings are calibrated individually with the help of this method. Thus, all of the INTERLAB burettes assure you to get the perfect result with exact volume levels even at middle points.

According to DIN and ISO standards, five to seven points between the top and bottom lines should be carefully measured in order to issue a certificate for any burette type. Since INTERLAB burettes are produced with ABF method, the users always get the correct result even while measuring all the lines in between.

Finally, all of the INTERLAB burettes are classified as AS according to DIN standards, hence their delivery times are also calibrated and very accurate. These delivery times between 35 and 45 seconds ensure the users to adjust the stopcocks easier and maintain consistency in their operations.
