What is conformity?
Conformity is the compliance of the product with the exact and legal standards defined by the German Federal Weights and Measures (Eichordnung) Regulations.
According to the German metrology law only certain qualified manufacturers are allowed to certify the conformity by displaying the conformity symbol “H” on the body of the volumetric glassware. Only if the product is in compliance with “Eichordnung”, all relevant standards are marked with conformity sign “H”. The symbol of the manufacturer (logo) is indicated on top of the “H” mark.
